Farmers, Homesteading Crafters & People who write about Enchanted Lands & The New Earth
Speaking of gratitude, I am grateful for new book that just came in the mail by my friend
who is a Mermaid goddess writing a truthful fiction series called Rainbow Warriors. If you need a cozy read or want to get one for your YA or awakening adult friends, you can buy it directly from Sharon or from B & N. has a lovely piece that beautifully meanders to touch on how we relate to many things…from Life in El Salvador, to romance, to a convo she had with someone about the use of symbols and astrology by those who want to dominate. I came across this exact thing on the page I read from Rainbow Warriors I read just after Terra messaged me to just say hi and express gratitude for a little bit of love I sent her way with the simple gesture of a “like.” Sometimes that’s how easy it can be to show someone you’re thinking of them and that you care.On my walk I also was able to have to conversations with women about holding space in this day for both The Day of Mourning that it is for Indigenous People and for the love of family and the value of gratitude - and how it would be good to disentangle the two.
For us, we aren’t celebrating “Thanksgiving,” as such - we are having soup and listening to Indigenous Voices and later hopefully we’ll play a mashup of board games, light a candle and express our gratitude and wishes for the world.
Here a few of my thoughts on integrating the “all that is this day”
I am grateful for people like
who are spreading the love while embodying their dreams and awakening from nightmares all at the same time. There is a link in the note to ’s store where she creates handmade wonder that you may wish to consider for your holiday purchases!
