What is your favorite song? I’m dancing to one called “Light.” “I see most clearly…when I close my eyes. I see light!” :)

I have so many songs I love to dance to (I looooove to dance) but the first one that just popped to mind was “Walking on Sunshine.” I’m dating myself with that one (I’m 56). Sending lots of love and light and happy tunes!

<3 I love that song and haven’t played it in a long time as it isn’t in my latest version of itunes (I owned it several accounts ago, lol) I’m gonna have to get that one back! It’s never too late for self-adoration, is it? Have you read The Sophia Code yet? Isis chapter and Green Taras are both highly supportive of that endeavor! :) :)

If you are ever into a book club, let me know! You and Dea would be so fun to do a book club with!

This is pure electricity, as you are. The way you capture the shift from heaviness to joy, from stuck to flowing, makes embodiment feel like alchemy, instantaneous, powerful, yours to claim at any moment.

From crouched to warrior hit hard, as if you reached into the marrow of movement itself. Posture, resonance, the way we hold ourselves in the world, it all speaks before we do. And you remind us that joy isn’t something we wait for, it is something we activate, something we let pulse through us.

This isn’t just poetry, it is a spell, a remembering, a heartbeat syncing to something higher. Absolutely love this, and you.
