Great thought, Alicia.

We need to recognize and do what we can about our world's 'leaky gut' -- and take time to be kind and to smell the roses. They're not mutually exclusive...

I love your language of the world's "Leaky gut," because to me that is exactly what war consciousness is - it is autoimmune disease of our own larger humanity against itself. To calm inflammation and to help us recognize what is truly out of balance...what toxins cause leaky gut? Where do we need more healthy flora rather than antiseptic approaches? Where do we need more connection to nature rather than artificial forms of regulation? I deeply believe that it is of utmost important to embody the qualities that make life worthy living so when we all wake up, we are capable of creating a kind, just, free, loving, joyful world. More cat meditations, smelling the roses, playing in wholesome ways on our own and with each other! To model at the micro what we hope, dream, wish, pray for the macro, yes? Much Love, A

Thanks, Alicia.

I agree. And I don't feel that that excludes working towards change at the macro level. It needs its own kind of healing.

The path we're on geopolitically is unsustainable and is harming a lot of innocent people.

For me, it's a moral duty to speak up about this to try to change course.

We all have our parts! I plant seeds for the macro too! I believe the macro solutions posed by every major platform currently are part of the same agenda to annihilate/control...so that is one reason I plant seeds of what we could accomplish on the macro, like the free energy stuff for example, mycoremediation. I don't think it will be adopted on a wide scale until small communities prove it is viable. I also believe it is when people feel empowered that they can be most creative and we need all our creative genius. That is one reason I love that you share your paintings along with your posts drawing attention to things that often get ignored or worse. For example, Whitney Webb has had fake Twitter accounts made that try to pair her with people she doesn't actually have anything to do with to try to smear her work.
