Hello, and welcome to my new substack!

Here is the story I would like to write, with you, dear reader, as my helper:

Once upon a time, we humans came together and declared our capacity to generate all-win solutions based on sovereignty and love!

I’ll write a first official post on Tuesday. I want to say welcome and to get you excited to come back for what I have in store for this space. Number one, this is a space for uplifting yourself so that you can, in a balanced and healthy way, uplift the world we share. I share authentically and won’t shy away from tackling issues that we have, whether personal or collective, but my intention is to co-create beyond the laws of form that which has not yet arrived in the collective. Therefore, it is through art, laughter, connection, music, co-creation, food, wonder, awe and curiosity that we can arrive in a place to discover our inocence and our co-creative capacity to thrive in a world that is melting down, in preparation to form into a butterfly. The melt down is scary for the parts of collective humanity that are still caterpillar, and that includes parts of all of us. Anyone reading this almost certainly has both imaginal cells (the part that can envision and hold the vision of our most lovely, sweet-nectar sipping, joyfull alighting, flower-resting, sky-flighting adventures, and caterpillar cells that feel afraid, stuck, frightened, entrenched in some pattern that no longer aligns to the Highest Expression we can become, but we aren’t quite ready to let go of yet…and it’s okay. We just have to keep the chrysalis safe and trust the process. The imaginal cells in us will win. We can be compassionate with the caterpillar parts. They will not win. They will think they are dying. They are only transforming. But when you’re turning into something that knows what it is into goo, it doesn’t feel that way, right?

I believe you are here because you understand that it is in honoring all of who we are…and leaning into what we are becoming in our highest, most sovereign, joyful, peaceful, loving and creative selves that we can birth a world where harmony and sovereignty co-exist. I am here to midwife with you, and to birth within myself and my own life a sovereign world built on unity of spirit. From this unity of spirit - we joyfully embody, witness, uplift and create authentic soulutions from a place of liberation, joy, peace, love and compassion for all, yet with healthy personal boundaries to honor our distinct individual expressions within the One.

I’m here to share inspiring stories, uplifting news, insights and tips to help you thrive and come alive to that which is of utmost preciousness within you to embody and express into the world, for the greatest good of all life, all that is and ever may exist, for we are one family, and it’s a good time to remember that, no matter what our differences of opinion.

Our challenges often have readily available soul-utions, or they can be creative from both our individual and shared inspired creative brilliance. It takes all kinds. It takes you. We are here. And we’re gonna shine, shine shine!
