Can you hear the cranes in the little video below? Turn the sound up. They are worth a listen! This was the other day, before the hibernation days set in. You know the ones Adrian would stay in bed all day for, and I didn’t feel like going out either, though I admit to dancing in my living room!
This morning I wrote the poem below and now the snow has stopped and the clouds have, after days of “hibernation” days, cleared, allowing me to see and behold a beautiful late afternoon sunset.
A day brimming with the urge to sprinkle little tiny white stars upon the heart (h) of
Mother
Earth
Quiet stillness
Giving way to mirth
Light
If a snow angel visited you
Imprinted on the snow
To give herself birth
In ways you could see
Staring up
Open sky now breaking through clouds
Who
What
How would you see
Be
The Snow
Angel
Playfully arising
Star kissing earth
Melting into her
Steam
Rising Back
To Sol
Shining at Your Soul
Wink Wink
It’s all a miracle
A playful
Miracle
Of Joy
To Fall
To Rise
SNOW
ANGEL
Do you see my angle?
You are the water
The light
And You shine
Ever
Bright
The Water Resurrects
The Christ
In Water
Light in Water
Water Gives Joy
Invincible
Flow
Water Is Life
Water and Star
Kissing
Aligning
A Starry Comet
A Starflake
Oh Oh Oh
I love the Snow
