Today we stopped by the neighbors to drop off treats and to take a video of the peace flag, which they are now flying once again, which is excellent because we reset our phone/computer due to technical issues and I lost the old photos. This time the sky is gray…at first the flag is limp, drooping, rather pathetically. But then, the wind picks up, the flag starts to fly with power and you can see Peace coming into View.
A poem for Easter
Yeshua, Prince of Peace
Healed the ear of his enemy, when his friend cut it off
Called out hypocrisy
Comfortable with his own feminine side
Yet the perfect man
Even invited those in hell
To release their guilt
And understand
We are all loved
Infinite
Condemnation was not his way
But to speak uncomfortable truths
From this he did not sway
When aligned
For he was at one with his humanity
And the Divine
Love the Lord Your God With All Your Heart, Mind and Strength, and Love Your Neighbor as Yourself
This sums of the law and the prophets, to Yeshua
Not a single bird shall fall that is not in his care
Welcomed the children when others thought they were irrelevant
And stood his ground
On what was sanctified
Which is Pure, Unconditional, Divine Love
Easter isn’t always Easy
But Easter never was about Easy
Easter is about LIFE
Triumphing over death
By choosing Peace
When all instincts would turn to War
Without Suppressing our Voices or our Truths
Proclaiming what we Adore
Heaven in store
From the inside out
The Living Sovereign Divine Expression
Tender
Seeing the hard thing all the way through
To the Gentle joy on the other side of that travail
Here is to you and I and all of us
Remembering
That we are the Chalice
Of Living Waters
Here to Bless All Life
To release our addiction to Suffering
Yet to embrace it where it comes
To unbind ourselves to old patterns
And allow ourselves live truly daughters and sons
Of The Most High
That became the most Humble
And Then to Cross Pollinate All the Good, All The Best In One Another
Like a Bumble
The Prince of Peace
