Bless all that I touch
All I influence
To help make things right

And glory in its innocence

Opening to your Love’s connectivity
Allowing your gifts to flow to me, through me and to all I touch
With Divine resonance

- I had an experience I shared on ’s really wonderful stack about a shift I experienced when I stopped trying force my heart to feel compassion and how this actually helped me to discover the loving being inside my heart that was inaccessible to me until I stopped forcing and started accepting whatever I might find in my heart. ’s love note about enough ness exactly sums up a kinder approach to meeting ourselves:You didn’t need to earn your enough-ness in the moment you were born and you do not need to earn it now. Stop exhausting yourself on your healing path - that is not healing. Healing is meant to be gentle and kind and enlightening. The process can be gnarly sometimes, but it should not harm you further. It should lead you to where you feel lighter, more free, more safe & comfortable to be exactly who you are.
Who you are is enough. Right now.
Love yourself there. Do your inner work from there.
