A little while ago I wrote a post about my own heresy, in which by heresy I mean a rejection of that which I find untruthful in various institutional religions.
As a family we are reading Hafiz, and this afternoon, while my husband hunts down some items to support my wellbeing, my son and I impromptu wrote a song about Hafiz.
According to Rassouli, the translator we most appreciate of Persian poetry into English, Hafiz lived in a time of censorship, atrocity and incursion of dark spirited pseudo Sufis who paraded around and essentially were the originators of the extremism of Islam that we see in Iran (formerly Persia, the homeland of Hafiz) today. Every Iranian I have met here on Turtle Island is a lovely human being, and I in no way demonize the Iranian people for eventually falling to these dark influences, any more than I demonize Catholic people for falling to the influence of the Papal bulls that led to slavery, racism and genocide of Indigenous Peoples, the Pope himself, who continues to enable horrid things, or the Tibetan people who were influenced by the Bon, nor Jewish people for falling under the Influences of darker agendas masquerading as mystic liberators in form the of a pseudo Messiah and his wife who later converted to Islam, or in its modern forms, those who are part of the tribes various influencers, influenced themselves themselves by negative forces, such as Netanyahu, or the dibbuk Lesley Wexner admits to influencing him, instead of by the knowing of Oneness, the Shema. You can learn more about that stuff on Unlimited Hangout by Whitney Webb. Time also did a piece on him, quoting Epstein in Vanity Fairs 2003 piece as saying, “Epstein told Vanity Fair that he shared a special bond with Wexner: “People have said it’s like we have one brain between two of us: each has a side.” https://time.com/6197975/victorias-secret-angels-and-demons-hulu-true-story/
The following quote is from a pair of evangelical scholars who are profound prophetic voices in the Wilderness of Christianity in its conservative, Protestant form. One author is East Asian and grew up with a hard working single mother who still relied on welfare in spite of working three jobs. The other is a man of Indigenous and Dutch Descent. It’s an incredible book and actually healing for me, as I can deeply feel the honoring spirit in their written words that allows me to ingest the pure intentions even as I do not feel evangelicalism’s doctrinal statements to align with my free will discernment as as sovereign image bearer of Sophia Mother of All Life.
I highly recommend the book to anyone of a Christian background, whether currently Christian in an evangelical or Catholic sense, or recovering from either one, or on a journey to see where you land in the space of your openness to Divine Love blessing your Way Home, whatever is for you. Hafiz calls the many paths to Divine Love the curls of the beloved. May you find your curl and follow it home to the face of Love, unadulturated by beliefs that separate people into worthy or beautiful or intelligent based on appearances or ethnicity or country of origin or any identity. We are all image bearers, divine fractals of Source, who is LOVE.
“The heretical positions that buttress the categorization and the subsequent gradation of the races as possessing differing levels of humanity and spiritual capacity stem from a catastrophic theological failure.”

Hafiz Hafiz Hafiz
In the Winehouse of your Soul
The Love from Above
Infuses Every Flower
Every blade of Grass
Every Kiss
And Every Dew Drop
Beyond all Rules and Regulations
It’s a Holy Jubiliation
Shalom Salaam Pacem Mir Friedan
It takes time to Inner Stand
Beyond the Laws of Form
Under Which We All Were Born
Hafiz Hafiz Hafz
Invites you to the Winehouse
Be drunk not on booze or bamboozling
Be Drunk on the Holy Spirit
That infuses all life
Love from above
Surrender
To a Love that’s higher
That’s deeper
That’s Truer
There are many curls on the head of the Beloved
Open up your mouth and Kiss
The grace
Of unending NOW moments
With Hafiz
Grab hold of a curl
And follow Your Bliss
To the Face of the Beloved
Hafiz Hafiz Hafz
Calls you Home
Beyond All Rules and Regulations
Find Your Heaven’s Jubilitation
In the Arms of the Love
Beyond Religion
Beyond Politics
Beyond Family or even Planet
Of Origin
The Shema is What Unites Us
In The Light of Christ
That lives in You and Me and Everyone
Birth the Seed
And Water the Soil
Beyond all the Roils
We are not here for Spoils
End Plunder and Perdition
End the Superstition
Let LOVE lead the way
To Peaceful Freedom
Beyond All Rules and Regulations
In the Arms of the Beloved
No more racism or genocide or viruses that rule that collective’s mind
Time to remind
The One in us to bekind
End the plunder
Of Indigenous Peoples for Lithium, for Land, for a heresy of Manifest Destiny
And put asunder
That keeps us from loving one another
Unwind Unwind Unwind
From the curls that betrayed us all
And FIND
Your way
Your Way
YOUR WAY
Into the arms of the BELOVED
WHO LOVES
You for Eternity

“Listen: this world is the lunatic's sphere,
Don't always agree it's real,
Even with my feet upon it
And the postman knowing my door
My address is somewhere else.”
