Cardinals & Laughter

On my walk this morning, I began feeling somewhat heavy from all that I have been through and all that we are going through as a collective. I was doing my best to soak in nature and connect with my higher nature. First I saw a cardinal. Then I saw a bush that looked like it was filled with cardinals, decorated like a Christmas tree! Then I realized they weren’t cardinals at all, but just red fluffy blooms. The first selfie is before I laughed. The second is after I laughed.

So much of life is honoring the feelings without forgetting to laugh.
