All Life Is a Miracle

The other day on my walk I encountered a dog who recently lost his wise big brother. His big brother was my choice for President. His name was Yoshi and he was the most loving, wise, patient, compassionate, sweet dog you will ever meet. Well maybe you know a dog like that too. I believe we can all be the best because we can all be the best us, and we are all divine so…there really is no competition.

I saw the little brother dog, who is the best him, but maybe just a little younger soul than his big brother. I think he’d make a great vice president, but I think he needs a running mate. I told his dad so as Ernie eager came over to lick my face and joyfully receive all the attention and love and give it as well. His dad was down with the plan for finding Ernie a running mate. I said,

“If we get to the root causes, everyone can be happy.”

The dad nodded and smiled, agreeing. I added, “we’ll have treats for everyone, without tokenization and without technocracy.” Ernie seemed preoccupied with the pets, but his dad was in full support as far as I could tell.

Treats for everyone could look like integrity operating to ensure everyone has access to all they need to thrive in a systemic way, if the root causes are addressed so the system truly operates to serve people, planet, soul.

On the other hand, it also could look like hyper localism, where people love and know one another and needs are met through a circle of communion in which the innate connection with have to our fellow human beings when relationships are healthy cause us to function like a healthy ecosystem. There is an instinctive giving and receiving like the in and out breath when we are in right relationship with ourselves, Source, our brothers and sister - including our brothers and sisters in the whole of creation.
