Yeshua
Probably born in spring
Misunderstood, mischaracterized when only Healing did he bring
Like Mary Magdalene, only he was Pedastaled where as she was trashed
But he was not abashed
He was born, best I know, April, not later than May
And so I shared with the woman who works the community pharmacy
She was sad you see
Not Sadducee or Pharisee
But simply sad you see because there is no snow to see
No snow o’re which to sing, you see
I told her I understood her feelings, and encouraged her that, by Jesus’ truer birthday, the snow is sure to be here
A gentle soft white blanket heavenly lyre and the silence of the ground before it bursts forth in song
Into joy
Into the throng of light bursting forth front the earth
And by the time it snows
Who knows
How we’ll have grown
Through the seeds that now are with loving care and lightest divine working through us are sown
By late winter or early spring, if it seems to it apropos
A soft blanket of white will find us, before melting and giving us Peonies, Daffodils, Magnolia and Rose
And for now, I don’t mind the fog
I have loved ones, including my dog
Or the softly falling rain
Soothing all Humanity’s pain
And supporting the root systems
The soil
Letting us rest from toil
Until It’s Jesus’ more likely historical day of arrival
On time for the rebirth of Spring
So if it’s TRUE we are really in crucifixion season, and the time of in the Tomb and RESURRECTION BEING
If now is EASTER, it feel to me like a revivifying way of seeing
The SAP within the tree
It’s branches naked and filled with the life of the New
As you lie in wait
You DO create
The Spring that’s to burst forth from the Tomb
And come into BLOOM
