Than violence and all that it can wreak

Do you need the warmth of a cup of tea or coffee

Or just the feeling of fresh air

Do you need your own soft compassionate witnessing care?

A snowflake or ray of light

On your nose and cheek

As you skip and whirl

And remember you’re free?

All of you meets in this moment

What will you bee?

Be the light

Be the love

That sets us on our divine sovereign
